I lost my work when typing the answer into the Answer Box. How do I recover it?

When doing an assignment in the LMS, you have two options for submitting coursework.

1. Paste your answer in the Answer Box
   
2. Typing your answer in a Word document and uploading to the LMS

If you lose your work in the Answer Box due to the LMS timing out or another circumstance the work is not recoverable.

RECOMMENDED:  It is best to always type your answers in a text document software such as Word or Notepad and save the file to your hard drive or to the cloud.  Then, you can just copy and paste the answer into the Answer Box and you will not have to worry about losing your data.
